Betr7 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules

Welcome to betr7. By accessing or using the betr7 platform, available at betr7.best, and any associated services — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, crash games, and the VIP Program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and betr7. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform. Continued use following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms apply to all products available on betr7: pre-game and live Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker in its various formats, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, and all promotions and benefits under the VIP Program.

Age and location requirements

To create an account and use betr7's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF;
• Must not be an employee, collaborator, direct family member, or business partner of betr7;
• Must not be under an active self-exclusion period on any gaming platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Registration process

Registration on betr7 is free and completed by filling out a form with accurate personal information: full legal name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. betr7 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a photo of a government-issued ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address.

Each user may hold only an active account at betr7. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and subject to permanent suspension.

Account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. betr7 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact betr7 support immediately via live chat, available 24 hours a day.

We recommend using strong passwords that are unique to betr7 and not shared with anyone. betr7 is not liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to protect their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

Betr7 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices and may request identity verification before processing withdrawals. The verification process may include:

• Photo of a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) — front and back;
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits;
• A selfie of the account holder holding their identity document.

Document review takes up to 48 business hours. Unverified accounts have a reduced withdrawal limit until verification is complete.

Accepted methods

Betr7 accepts only Brazilian payment methods, processed in BRL. The available methods are:

• Boleto bancário — processing within up to 1 business day;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay — instant processing via app;
• Mercado Pago — via balance or linked card;

Limits and conditions

The minimum deposit at betr7 is R$ 10.00 for all available methods. There is no standard maximum deposit, though personalized limits may apply based on the user's profile and verification requirements. All deposits must be made by the account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in the funds being frozen pending full verification.

Withdrawal processing

Withdrawals at betr7 are processed exclusively via Pix to the CPF registered to the account holder. The standard processing time is up to 3 minutes after the request is submitted, for verified accounts with no pending issues. Weekend, holiday, and late-night withdrawals are processed within the same timeframe, as the Pix payment system operates continuously.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. betr7 charges no withdrawal fees. VIP members at the Platinum and Diamond levels have no daily withdrawal limit; for all other levels, the standard limit is R$ 5,000.00 per day.

Withdrawal conditions

• The account must be verified (documentation approved);
• The balance to be withdrawn must come from the account holder's own deposits or from legitimate winnings on the platform;
• Active bonuses with pending rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until the conditions are met;
• Betr7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00;
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, the withdrawal may be held pending investigation.

Welcome bonus

Betr7 offers a 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit for new users. To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be at least R$ 20.00. The bonus is credited automatically after the deposit is confirmed and is subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.

Rollover (turnover) requirements

The rollover is the total betting volume that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable balance. At betr7, the standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount, counting bets across all available categories — Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, poker, and Crash Games.

• Canceled bets, bets on drawn events (odds 1.00), and voided bets do not count toward the rollover;
• Sports Betting odds below 1.50 count for only 10% of their value toward the rollover;
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited;
• If the deadline passes without the rollover being completed, the bonus balance is automatically removed without prior notice.

Other promotions

Betr7 regularly runs additional promotions — weekly VIP Program cashback, bonus reloads, poker freerolls, slots tournaments, and monthly Rake Races. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the corresponding platform page, which are incorporated into these general Terms by reference.

Sports Betting

Betr7 offers pre-game and live betting across more than 30 sports, with a strong focus on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), UFC and MMA, basketball (NBA and NBB), volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and Formula 1. Odds are updated dynamically, and betr7 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets without prior explanation.

Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user. If an event is canceled or postponed, bets are refunded to the account balance with no deduction. Bets on suspended events remain open until the event resumes, or for a maximum of 48 hours, after which they are refunded.

Casino games

All casino games available on betr7 — slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, crash games, and game shows — use an RNG (random number generator) certified by independent auditors. The RTP (return to player) for each game is shown on the game's page. betr7 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical ability to interfere with results generated by partner providers' systems.

The betr7 VIP Program consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with increasing benefits at each level, including weekly cashback in BRL, a dedicated account manager, exclusive freerolls, and higher withdrawal limits.

Level progression is calculated based on VIP points accumulated monthly. Points are earned across all game categories according to the scoring table on the VIP Program page. betr7 reserves the right to review the level of users with extended inactivity (more than 30 consecutive days without bets), and may downgrade their level in accordance with the criteria set out on the program's page.

Weekly cashback is calculated every Friday based on the net betting volume from the previous week and credited every Sunday. VIP Program cashback has no mandatory rollover requirement for withdrawal, unlike promotional bonuses. Specific conditions for each level are described on the VIP Program page.

Prohibited conduct

Use of betr7 assumes good faith on the part of the user. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance retention, and possible referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform;
• Match-fixing or placing bets in collusion with other users;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose;
• Use of a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes on credit card deposits;
• Any form of bonus abuse or exploitation of technical glitches (bug abuse).

Betr7 monitors suspicious betting patterns and reserves the right to void winnings and suspend accounts where irregular activity is detected, regardless of the amounts involved.

Betr7 believes that entertainment and responsible play go hand in hand. The platform provides gaming control tools for all users, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit — you set the maximum amount you are willing to deposit within each period;
• Loss limit — the platform stops accepting bets once you reach your set limit;
• Reality check — periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your session results;
• Forced break — temporary account block for a period chosen by the user (24 hours to 6 months);
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure with no possibility of reinstatement.

Unplanned outages due to technical failure do not entitle users to compensation, except in cases where bets already in progress were directly affected.

Betr7 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user themselves;
• User-side internet connection failures that affect the gaming experience;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to protect their credentials;
• Indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Game results based on independently certified and audited RNG.

Users may close their betr7 account at any time by submitting a request to support via live chat or email. Any available balance (excluding bonuses with pending rollover) will be processed via Pix within 5 business days of the request and identity verification.

Betr7 reserves the right to unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity;
• Use of prohibited behaviors described in Section 9;
• User's own request for self-exclusion or responsible gambling;
• More than 12 consecutive months of inactivity.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, the bonus balance is forfeited. Real deposit balances, where there is no proven evidence of fraud, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by betr7's compliance team.

Betr7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically, particularly in response to regulatory changes, platform improvements, or operational adjustments. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered address with at least 7 days' notice before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must close your account before the effective date, following the procedure described in Section 13.
